Gramps Photography

Welcome to,
Gramps Photography.

My lifelong love for photography was sparked by my father, a skilled photographer in the 70s. Over the years, my work has been recognised both nationally and internationally, with my collage of meerkats gracing the pages of three London newspapers in 2021. Renowned for my wildlife and nature photography, I have also developed a deep appreciation for portrait and family photography. As a grandfather and former SAPS patrol dog handler, I bring a unique understanding of children and pets to my work.

Capturing South Africa’s Wildlife

Through my Lens

It has been an absolute honor to have my wildlife photography featured in several prestigious publications nationally and internationally, including Beeld, The Times, and Daily Express. These renowned outlets have provided me with a valuable platform to share my unique perspective on the beauty and diversity of our country’s wildlife. Through my lens, I strive to capture the essence of each creature and convey the awe-inspiring majesty of the natural world.

As the saying goes, ‘A picture is worth a thousand words,’ and I’m grateful for the opportunity to tell the stories of these incredible creatures through my lens.
